Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QuoteCraft's website, applications, and services (the "Service"), operated by QuoteCraft ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use QuoteCraft. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. Your account & data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into QuoteCraft, including customer records, estimates, and invoices. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the Service to you.

3. Subscriptions & billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance, and automatically renew unless canceled.
  • You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account portal.
  • Upgrades are prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the next renewal date.
  • Applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on your billing address.
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund practices on the FAQ page.

4. Free plan & usage limits

The Free plan is subject to usage limits (such as a maximum number of customers) described on our Pricing page, which may change with notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law or the rights of others
  • Transmit malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Reverse-engineer or resell the Service without our written permission

6. Third-party integrations

QuoteCraft integrates with third-party services such as Stripe. Your use of those integrations is subject to the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

7. API access

If your plan includes API access, you're responsible for safeguarding any API keys you generate and for all activity performed using them. You may revoke keys at any time from your account.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuoteCraft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
